Friends and Loon Lake are marvelous motorized Adirondack lakes that don't feel like a tourist town. Many second homeowners enjoy the little town ambiance, and restful lakes for the entire family. Brant Lake is 5 miles long and Loon Lake is 2.23 miles (both motorized lakes). Great fun for ages (0-99+).
