Headings are for reference only and in no way define this agreement. Our failure to act on a breach by you or any third party does not waive our right to act in accordance with this agreement. InAndAroundTheAdirondackPark.com may deny use to any third party in its sole discretion. It is agreed that InAndAroundTheAdirondackPark.com will have the right to use information supplied to InAndAroundTheAdirondackPark.com for any purpose, including without limitation publication of all or part of any information for public display.
